Dr. Jay Provenzano, DC

Owner/Chiropractor

Dr. Jay Provenzano is a south shore native and a 2003 graduate of New York Chiropractic College where he was named to the NYCC Dean’s List.His undergraduate studies were in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies at Springfield College. It was during his undergraduate time that Dr. Jay competed as a gymnast and was All-American on the rings twice.

Dr. Jay has extensive training in several soft tissue techniques such as Graston and Active Release Technique and has brought his extensive background as an athlete to the treatment and nutritional training of athletes in his professional practice. Although, Dr. Jay’s passion lies in taking care of children, from infancy to teenage years. After the birth of his daughter, he knew that helping well and sick children is where his heart lies!

Dr. Jay’s care for his patients has brought him a reputation as one of the most comprehensive chiropractors around. His therapy involves complete diagnostic techniques and his gentle adjusting techniques are not limited to the spine but can include every joint from the ankles to the TMJ.

Dr. Guido Guidotti, MD, MPH

Occupational Medicine Specialist

Dr. Guidotti is an occupational medicine specialist with over 20 years of healthcare experience. He is an expert in establishing the causal relationship between employment activities and pathological medical conditions. He received his BA with honors from Harvard University, his MD from Harvard Medical School, where he completed his coursework at the honors level, and his Master of Public Health (MPH) from Harvard School of Public Health. Dr. Guidotti completed his internship in pediatrics at Massachusetts General Hospital and a year of residency in occupational medicine at Harvard School of Public Health.
